This is the dopest gym ever. They have a Gym Cat and a few Gym Pups. The energy is so legit and palpable, very welcoming but serious environment. I am very new to lifting but I still felt comfortable enough to work out here, very inspiring place

Great set up, big area and friendly people. I love all the pictures of Ferrigno and Schwarzenegger and other bodybuilders that are all around. It's very inspirational. All around good atmosphere. Great prices for day pass or membership. Great for casual lifters and people just getting into shape or a little exercise or serious lifting.

This is my favorite gym in Colorado Springs. Plenty of space and machines, friendly staff. Whether a beginner or advanced lifter, everyone feels welcome here. Even if you are a member of another gym in the area, I encourage you to try this one out - it's either cheaper, better, or both than wherever you are going now.

Best real gym in town. There is a reason the pros train at Flex. Great equipment and members are friendly and helpful. Whether you’re a beginner or have years of experience you’ll be right at home at Flex.

This place is a landmark in Colorado Springs and it is the Mecca of bodybuilding in Colorado Springs, there is no other place that is a match for Flex gym, Whether it is Equipment Wise or Energy, Vibes wise, does Gym been around for over 35 years, Flex Gym is the biggest When it comes to bodybuilding, So many great athletes came out of Flex Gym, Professional and amateur bodybuilder, professional and amateur power lifters, Basketball players football players, All kind of great athletes came out of Flex if you did not train Flex Gym, You will never get to feel what is a old school golden era bodybuilding vibes are, most friendly staff, flex Gym is a lot more in the gym. It’s an experience it’s a landmark. Highly recommended if you wanna step up your game and take it to the next level

I've heard nothing but great things about this gym, so the wife and I decided to swing by for a day pass. The moment we walked in we were greeted by the owner. He was welcoming, very knowledgeable and gave us some history about the gym and some famous lifters who trained and currently train there. You can tell the people here really care about the sport and culture of weight training. If you haven't been here before I highly suggest giving it a shot. They offer very affordable day passes. I'll be going back this weekend to sign up for a year. If you are serious about training. This is the spot. Come check it out. It's the old school gym you've been looking for.

This gym is amazing. I am a very small woman, 5ft 100lbs, but there is still a huge variety of equipment for me to use. I have used commercial gyms in the past, and they don't compare to the kind of environment at this old school gym. The people are great and super helpful. And the gym cat is always a bonus!

I like this place. Whenever I am visiting CO, I come to this gym. They've always got affordable day passes, tons of equipment, and every time I go it's not very busy. Its got an old-school, local feel. Yeah, it's a little dirty and grungy- but that's kind of the charm. I'll keep coming back!

I drove 40 minutes just to hit leg day at this gym. That’s how good this gym is. The equipment is great steel plates posters everywhere. Jeff the owner is the nicest guy and he’s got the cutest dog and cat working at the gym with him. I can’t recommend this Gym enough definitely coming back again 10 out of 10
